no primer needed on the consumer version...certainly the paint should as correct as you want it meaning a thorough treatment with the proper polish and wipe with ISP....One thing to note is this video is 3 years old. Good advice there true...but i know for Opt PRO, they have now made it so you have to use their "Primer" polish as the last step, as it has a catalyst in it that aids in the coating being able to bond...im not sure if this is the case with 2.0 as well (the consumer version)...but it may be worth asking before attempting to do it yourself...otherwise you may risk a lot of streaks or high spots if you dont properly prep the area.
