Just got off the phone with Shane in Bowling Green saying we can pick up our car on my wife's birthday next Saturday November 9th! Was on the phone today with Chevrolet customer service and they told me my car was not built yet????? I am very excited to say the least and my blood pressure has finally returned to normal.An awesome job by Lorie and Shane to get this done for us on a special weekend!

Lori, NCM Delivey Manager, and Shane, Assistant, consistently go out of their way to make everything happen "that they have control over." Great people!!! Museum Delivery is a fantastic program.

At the same time, we all need to remember that sometimes there are things they have no/zero control over....

My BP has been 200/200 for a long, long time. The amount of misinformation or complete lack of info has been truly astounding. Courtesy of a member of this forum, I too just got some straight scoop today which I couldn't get from anyone, anywhere in any capacity at the dealer or customer service. I still don't have my car but at least I finally have credible info. I also had the pleasure of telling the local people what's going on in their own company.
