H2OStingray: firstly we are ready and willing to be your's and others support group as necessaryGood question, I don't think I could last that long though without be enrolled is some type of support group.
.Some dealers have been accepting deposits for 2015's for a long, long time, though some refuse to take even deposits yet. I believe however, dealers can not place actual 2105 orders till about May 1st.
Got my deposit in on a 2015 Z06 eight months ago.
If anyone is going to place a 2015 deposit with a dealer who is accepting them, suggest before you do that, ask three questions:
Is it refundable?
What would be my priority number for my type of car (e.g. Coupe, convertible, or Z06)?
What is your 2014 allocation for StingRay coupes (if ordering one) or StingRay convertibles (if ordering one)?
No one obviously got a 2014 Z06 allocation, but the aforementioned allocation number(s) will help you determine the chances of your dealer getting a Z06. Z06's will be in short supply at the beginning (and like convertibles this year, they are only going to start production "in late 2014").
Oh crap, maybe I want a 2015/2016 and I just don't know it. I guess my brain may not be ready for this carH2OStingray: firstly we are ready and willing to be your's and others support group as necessary, secondly I think you made a Freudian typo in your "3400 on 12-16-15"

That is how it worked with the previous generation, i.e., got the very first C6 Z06 Museum Delivery in Sept., 2005, but this year, as "urrtoast" noted, no driving until late fall/early winter..
If ordered in May 2014, Ideally you should see a 2015 ZO6 around August 2014 or early Sept and have some good drivin days still![]()
I agree with elegant. In April 2012, a sponsoring dealer on another forum posted that he had an early 427 Convertible inbound. He knew what options it had but had no idea of the price. He mentioned that he would keep pricing in line with all other '13 vettes he was receiving (a substantial discount.) I e-mailed him that if the car's price was under a certain figure, I wanted it. That's how I came to own the number 41 427 Convertible (54th vette built in 2013, according to the sequence number on the build sheet.). I paid over $9k under MSRP. The actual sticker was not known until about the time the car had been built. The car was built on 5/3/12 and much like the C7s, was subjected to an extended QC hold, being shipped at the end of May.Typically pricing, exact colors and the ability to order is end of April or early in May. Specs can come as early in the calendar year, though many option specifics are not available until later than that.
Dave; I am thinking it's too early for that sort of info to be known. I don't think there will be many changes, but can imagine there will be a few smaller changes.Has anyone seen or heard anything about 2015's yet, in terms what will be different (if anything) from 2014?
RedHot is a definite keeper.I'm curious to know for the current owners of 2014 corvette... Will you be keeping it or adding z06 to your collection?
