"At 707 horsepower, the all-American Hennessey Corvette HPE700 was practically conceived by Uncle Sam himself. The 6.2-liter V8 receives the twin-turbo treatment, making 661 lb-ft torque.
To cope with this new found power, Hennessey equipped (optional) 20-inch drag radial tires. Tires affixed, the ‘Vette can sprint to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds, manage a quarter mile in only 10.5 seconds, and reach a top speed of well over 210 mph."
So reading the above if 700hp and 661 lb-ft torque can do 0-60 in 2.9 seconds and top out at 210mph and we apply the math that the Z06 at 625hp and 635 lb-ft torque is 12% less can we apple that 12% and maybe assume the Z06 will do 0-60 in say 3.2 to 3.3 seconds, the 1/4 mile in 11.76 and top out at 185mph? The 185mph seems a little low I would think the Z06 could hit 200?
