Who assigns the TPW? BG or your dealer? Or purchasing on this forum?
How do you get a TPW?

TPW is output by the logistics systems that run the BG plant. It's not assigned, it's the output of the production scheduling system used by Chevrolet.

BGAP does, but it is not the scientific process we might think. Sometimes, we are unable to get one, sometimes it is given but very inaccurate, moving forward and backward as so many unforeseen factors change it. More than a few on this forum repeatedly tried to get one but were not successful. Efen our very-capable forum GM liaison, ChevroletCustomerCare, can not get it. Then, to everyone's surprise, the next communication was either from CCC or often from the dealer saying, "it's here, come and get your StingRay." TPW's will settle down and become more accurate useful and available over time, but often does not happen in the first year of a new generation or the beginning of a new model, i.e., we are probably not going to get useful TPW information next year on the Z06 for many, many months.
