If you would like to start a new topic, click on the Forum section that your topic falls under. Then look at the upper right side of the page and you will see a "Start Discussion" button (shown in red in this image)

Once you click on it, you will see the following window:

Now add in your topic (thread) title and next your text in the box. You can add a picture ( Inserting A Picture ) if you'd like. When you are finished, click on the "Post thread" box at the bottom of the frame and you are now 'live'
