Does anyone know what the invoice cost/price is for a base 1LT Stingray?

Without any added options.

I seem to keep finding online that its ~$50,050 + destination charge. But my dealer is saying that it is higher.

Do different dealers get different invoice prices??

Thanks

No it's the same for all dealers.

NADA says $50,050 1LT base. dealer is playing games, walk away, don't rush into anything with a dealer that starts out with double talk
For the price of an airline ticket you can buy anywhere and have a fun road trip driving it home.

He asked about 2014, the $50,050 is the 2015 price. Here is the late 2014 pricing, there was a price increase in March to get to these numbers. The initial price was lower.

Base Price $48,230
Destination $995
Total Base Price $49,225

Sorry that was actually a typo on my part. I am looking for 2015. I apologize for the confusion.

Then $51,045 is the Invoice price (Destination is only separated for tax purposes in some states, it's a fixed part of the Invoice)

So, if the dealer is saying $51,045 is Invoice he is correct. If he tries to add another $995 he's lying to you.

Now THAT is helpful! Some of these dealers down here in SoFla are so shady. I'll let you know what they say, even if its just for your entertainment.

Actually that number is pretty close to the advertising hold back dealers pay. It's money they bank to fund local and regional advertising. It's called out on the invoice (see below)

However, it's typically hidden from the buyer much like holdback. If the deal is $50,050 + $962 and they don't charge you the $995 destination fee you are actually ahead of the game. If it's the $962 + $995 then they are double dipping because that's their money that GM is banking for them.

I walked away from my first dealer due to a 2% additional advertisement fee. Was not charged that from Kerbeck which why i purchased from them and that they truly had allocation.

Got them to waive the advertising fee, and their documentation fee of another $998, paid TRUE invoice + 1% through my credit union discount!

As long as you get the best price you want, it does not make any difference how you get there. No matter what they call it or how they get there just be happy with what you end up with.
