I placed my order on 10/01/2013 for a z51 option but because of constraints I dropped the z51. Order went in on 10/15/2013.

Update from dealer: Accepted for production 10/15 Event Description: 3000 - Accepted by Production Control

Question: Looking at the following codes is it normal to go to 3000 the day order is placed?

No, not normal but good for you. Since there are constraints on the Z-51 and the exposed CF top, GM is "looking for" orders which do not have those two parts, moving them forward faster than normal.
