Is this the "base" Z06 or does this car have one of the aero packages?

I 'think' that's the 2nd stage or "Carbon-Fiber Aero Package" because it has the smaller winglets on the front splitter:

First, the standard Z06 features a front splitter, spats around the front wheel openings, a unique carbon-fiber hood with a larger vent, and a rear spoiler from the Corvette Stingray’s available Z51 Performance Package. Step up a level with an available Carbon-Fiber Aero Package (in either black or a visible carbon-fiber finish), which adds a carbon-fiber front splitter with aviation-style winglets, carbon-fiber rocker panels, and a larger rear spoiler with a fixed wickerbill — a small, vertical tab at the edge of the spoiler that significantly increases downforce. At the highest level, the available Z07 Package adds even larger winglets to the front splitter, along with an adjustable, transparent center section on the rear spoiler for track use. With this package, the Corvette Z06 delivers the most aerodynamic downforce of any production car that GM has ever tested.

I heard that the "standard" / Stage 1 Z06 rear spoiler will now be a bit bigger than the current Stingray Z51 full-width spoiler. Does anyone have any photos of the Stage 1 Z06 rear spoiler? (the one on the photo above is apparently the stage 2 spoiler, per the above posts)

So after talking to the GM folks there are 3 stages of the rear spoiler. However they all look like the spoiler you have been seeing on the Z07 package the only difference is the height of the lip that sticks up in the air.

Unless we can determine whether that car has c-c brakes, we do not know whether it is a stage 2 or a Z07, for the Z07 comes from the factory with the stage 2 end plates mounted (the large end plates and the clear center wicker bill bridge in the trunk -- easily switchable with bolts in a couple of minutes).
