Figured we would post up in here so folks can stay on top of our product development and research.

Ours is a Non Z51, 1LT with red buckets and white exterior. We did not need all the ad ons from GM as we will be adding them ourselves :D

We took delivery of our Stingray over a month ago from Stringray Chevy in Plant City, FL. Cannot say enough about the crew there. TOP NOTCH - enough said.
When I saw her sitting in the showroom, I dam near cried. The car is gorgeous - ENOUGH SAID.

She had 5 miles on her - and I was already at 130 MPH haha. She was also already outfitted in some fresh Lashway swag.

Once we got her back to the barn, we wasted NO time. To our knowledge, we were one of the first C7's in the world to be tested on a private chassis dyno. Previously, only Edmunds and a few other shops had the opportunity to do so. That made us very excited, and proud!

Once the initial fun was over, we decided to get real and begin the testing, tweaking, and tuning that we do on a daily basis here at our shop. First line of business was a proper custom tune. We utilize HP Tuners software to re-calibrate the vehicles computer.

Once the day was over, the results exceeded our expectations!

Our C7 Stingray put down some outstanding numbers: +25HP +34TRQ

BASELINE: 421/416
DYNO TUNE: 446/450

While all of this was going on, our good friends at Nitrous Express gave us a call and asked if we would be interested in testing their new plate system for the Stingray. Naturally we said YES and were eager to get the ball rolling on this project.

The system arrived and came with all the items needed to safely and effectively introduce nitrous into the engine. That should speak volumes as to the quality of Nitrous Express and their components. The vehicle had only about 700 miles on it at the time, and we were ready to throw a 100 shot at her!

We made over 525 horses on a mild 100 shot! Not bad...

While we were busy at work with the performance of the vehicle, we were also paying close attention to the looks as well! We here at Lashway are all about the total package. Looks, performance, comfort, and reliability. Our C7 product development incorporates all of those things...

We teamed up with G3 Composites and created some really nice carbon fiber add ons for the exterior of the vehicle. The first items were side skirts. What you see pictured are the prototypes. We will offer two styles of skirts, the Race style which is what you see here. The race is a more aggressive design which does not contour the lines of the vehicle. We will also offer a Street style skirt which is not as aggressive and which does follow the lines of the car.

Both will be available soon, and will be priced to sell! Both will also be made entirely out of 100% carbon fiber and of course made right here in the USA.

We will also offer a front splitter, rear diffuser, roof, and other exterior trim items. We will then move to the interior of the vehicle as well!

Looks like you guys are having way too much fun....

I do have one comment regarding your first statement, "we didn't need all the Z51 add ons, we'll be adding them ourselves". I'm just wondering how you will be adding big brakes, dry sump and the e-diff for anywhere close to the $2800 GM price?

Thanks! Yes we are.

While the Z51 package is definitely an excellent bang for the buck to the average consumer, we would rather spend that money on other items which we are developing. Also, I never implied that our own upgrades would be more, or less than the $2800 price from GM. It's just that we're going to spend the money the way we want, on items we choose which fit our needs and wants.

We already have custom wheels coming...so no need for larger wheels from GM. We're eventually going to upgrade the brakes to something more powerful than the Z51 Brembos, so no need to spend the money on those. Dry sump? I had a C6 Z with dry sump - it's cool and all, but 99% of the folks out there with dry sump will never even use it to its potential, so again it was just something that was not priority.

Just finished our custom turbo kit which will be available to the general public soon!

Check it out here:

After about a month of kit design, development, construction, redesign, and more construction - we're proud to announce that we have what we are pretty sure is the very first turbocharged C7 in the world!

Our kit is a rear mount set up which is much easier to adapt to these vehicles that other set ups. It features a Comp "oiless" turbo, installs in less than 6 hours, in completely American made, and is PACKED with high end custom features. When I tell you we didn't cheap out on anything, I mean it. All top of the line stuff here.

Kits will be available soon for retail purchase.

Here is a teaser from earlier:

Should have some final numbers by the end of the year. We wanted to put at least 1000 miles on the kit (without making any boost) to test road worthiness and reliability). What good is a kit that falls apart over a speed bump ya know? Too many times in this business companies rush to market with something and have never tested it to make sure all the kinks are worked out.

We're pleased to say that after 1280 miles of driving, racing, burnouts, doughnuts, car shows, up hills, down hills, and 150+MPH runs down a (private) expressway, the kit has not had ONE SINGLE ISSUE (other than dropping peoples jaws).

Now that car show season is slowing for the holidays, and we have some more time, we can finally hit the dyno and make some boost. We're hoping for 550-600 RWHP on this kit and stock fuel system.

Stay tuned.

For those requesting diffuser "blades" , here you go.

We had these blades made in addition to the diffuser to get the basic look. We installed these on a diffuser (using 3m tape), and are going to get feedback. If people out there like the look, we can then offer a rear diffuser with 4 blades "bonded" into the part - so they'll be part of the rear diffuser.

What do you think?
