Add CNC stock LT1 head and new, sportier cams to the Stingray and you get an output of 470.84 rear wheel horsepower. That's about a 50 hp and 25 lb-ft improvement on the stock figures.!
Not bad for a few little upgrades.
so u never pass 5K rpms on the street?Add headers, CAI and a solid tune and you may get close to 500 RWHP!
One thing I noticed, the Max torque isn't much higher than another pull I saw with just headers and no tune. Looks like the majority of the gain with the top end work is in the higher rpm's. Great for the track but probably never felt on the street.
