...an apt description by a coworker last week if i do say so myself. i've lowered on the stock bolts and feel it could still use a bit more of a drop, but will live with it for now. other mods include a complete de-badge, replacement of the crossed flags with black ones and a rattle can job on the "retainer." i was able to work loose all tabs on the grill insert save for the last one and ended up ripping it off in a fit of rage. i had started with the vinyl kit, but quickly f'ed it up and threw it away. i have ordered replacement inserts which i will have professionally painted and cleared. the stock one is not terrible and the paint looks really good, but i'd rather have a complete replacement with all tabs intact.

btw, i LOVE this car, even during break-in. so much fun. so tight, rigid and composed. so 'MURICA.

horns up! \m/

Hi droideka:
Were you looking over my shoulder when I was doing my build on the GM site? haha!! Just funnin. I have almost the same car but different enough to make them both cool. I went blk Calipers, Med. Grey int. and Dual full body stripes. Other than that we are very close. I got the dual body colored roof Pkg as the stripes do not go on the transparent top. I have carbon flashed where ever I could and. Seeing yours makes me want mine even more. I am 3000 at the moment and it is on it's way. I ordered last Sept. But because of constraints of which I had at least 4 of them at one time or another in my order and being from Canada it has taken a long time to get the process undeway. I will post when it arrives. Cool Car and thanks for showing it. Is the lowering a big deal and do you require tuning of the suspension after to avoid ride and tire problems down the road? Let me know if you don't mind. No more rages eh. haha!!
STUNG:cool: If ever you are in Cda. let me know and we do a run.
