Hi everyone just a heads up. There appears to be some missng parts from my vehicle.

First is the cooling rings for Z51 pkgs only. They should be located in the trunk section where all the covers and misc parts are kept. 2. The battery cover has a cutout for a tool. If you read the manual there is a tool inside. My car was missing both. My dealer is aware of these issues and from what I was told the rings are on backorder from GM.
I was told mine will be coming shortly.
The battery tool if thats what its for is still being researched. There is no mention in the manual as to what its used for.

If anybody knows please post a reply.

I wonder if they would have told you about those missing things if you had not brought them up...

You should post some pictures, so that we can check to see if any of the other cars were shorted any parts.

You're talking about the rotor cooling rings for track use only, correct?

Yes the cooling rings to drive on the track

the tool is a tow/lifting eye - it screws in the front or back (can't remember) - it says not to tow, but that's what that is....
