Our journal across the country to take delivery of our C7 named Star begins with our flight from California to Nashville and then drive to Bowling Green by Sunday night, 4/27. Staying at the Homestead 1869 bed and breakfast for Sunday and Monday night. Taking delivery on 4/28. We are taking almost two weeks to drive home.

Star's specs are LRG, Z51, 3LT kalahari /kalahari vert, carbon fiber, suade seat inserts, micro fiber trim, MSRC.

Elegant your right. I haven't gotten much sleep in the past few days. The anticipation is almost overwhelming.

I look forward to sharing our trip home back to California. We intentionally have nothing planned but drive and see America for a couple weeks.

Congrats. Our delivery is on 14th. We are staying at the Spongie Acres. We plan on taking the "long" way back to Austin over the 5 days we have.

Wish we had time to back track to the Smokies, BlueRidge,Dragon, Natchez Trace etc but we don't. Did that three times in the C6 though.

Thanks! We're sitting in the 737 at the airport and I have so many thoughts on the days ahead, I can't really explain how it feels.

I'm almost exhausted from over thinking details. I'm at a point I have to relax and enjoy the ride.

Thanks! I hope it drives well in tornadoes 'cause that's what looks like is coming on the radar map! It's been a real lightening storm all night long. Not used to this being from SoCal.
I guess if a tornado starts I'll have to just outrun it!
