Picked up my car from conti tonight -a great painless experience. While rick processed the paperwork, I started goo gone soaking the corvette lettering and fish off the car. Then off to mark Thomas's house to use his scissor lift to put on a bra for the 1200 mile home. Thanks mark! Marks part of the Coumbus Corvette club.

65 miles last night, paint very good, seams straight, no problems at first inspection.... a quality build. Wheels, lowering and tint this weekend. But you guys are right, stereo just ok.....1200 miles today....so I'll know the car a bit better tonight.

Nice going Glen! Question; Why didn't you get the spoiler? What wheels? The car looks great without the spoiler. Thanks and still waiting for mine.

Really nice Glen, enjoy your ride home. The large spoiler comes on the Z51, smaller comes on base car.

Holly cow Glen! You drove 1200 miles straight. That's quite a bit more than I plan on doing per day on my return from the Museum. Really pleased you beauty has turned out so well.

Just an update @ 1400 miles:

1. paint is immaculate - no runs, drips or abrasions, very little orange peel visible at all - very happy with paint.
2. Only problem is a pass mirror that swings wide on startup. Looking to reset car with global reset.
3. So happy I opted for the "base" car - suspension is exactly what I wanted - great on turns and super smooth on highway
4. Stereo growing on me - it's not bad at all with good source
5. Seat seem to be molding in to my shape

In comparison with my other cars of the past few years (Porsche, BMW, Honda & Chev) this car is as good as any of them in all respects...
