I'm sorry, I don't have the StingRay yet. My wife's car has CUE (another GM infotainment system). It works well with all three Droid phones we have linked to it. It will even let you receive and send text messages using only voice controls. It is very impressive. I imagine My Link is very similar.

Only had mine two days but spent 10 hours in her on the first day. My impression is the iPhone integrates well.

Bluetooth pairing was simple and fast and works every time I get in.

Synching w contacts works well (and I have over 2000 contacts on my iPhone).

Voice commands for dialing worked but was a little slow and didn't always understand me, had to repeat a few times.

Having Pandora integrated into car audio is awesome, I'm a big Pandora user though. It did drop the Pandora link a couple of times though, like after a call was done. Required me to close and reopen Pandora app on my iPhone to re initiate the connection.

iPhone integration is very good but the microphone is quality is not so great. When on the freeway the person on the other end complains of wind/road noise big time. This is a coupe with transparent roof and I haven't tried with the painter roof yet. The material is thicker and offers a big more deadening material so it could help.

Time to change your sig, MrG
Ha! You are right. I think you have to be online (not on mobile), so I'll do this tomorrow.

Had may android connected within minutes and it's been flawless since. Google music integrates seamlessly!

I have to say I'm not impressed with the UI of the Bose system at all and am hoping for a SW update. GPS not bad but use Google maps anyway. The layout of the screen seems outdated and is not very responsive.

With the traffic around here the way it is, Google Maps with real-time traffic updates are the best way to go to determine which route to take! Hopefully auto manufacturers will get Google Maps integrated into their NAV units soon.

BMW has google maps. I use it every day on mine. I love it. Never have to worry about updating your hard drive based map. It's so convenient.
