We are starting to get colorful names, including, already "RedHot," and "Black & Nasty." Any others already named their StingRay, or have a name planned for it once it arrives???

Good luck with that Cybervette. I've had specialized and personalized Florida plates since I lived here and it ain't easy. Most of the good ones are taken because we are so limited on the number of spaces allowed. The rules are: If you pick a plate that has a center logo, (like save the turtles, or Golf capital, or the standard orange, etc.) you get up to seven letters/ numbers. If you choose a plate with the left-side logo, (like dolphins, or whales, or space shuttle, etc.) they limit you to only FIVE letters/ numbers. Five sucks... you can't come up with too much, especially with all that has already been spoken for.

Now if you want to start searching for your Florida personalized plate.... you can check on-line to see if it available before heading to the DMV.

We have ours picked out and so far, it is still available (that is why I can not say what it is yet)

I looked into pers plates in fla and everything I thought of kinda looked childish a few weeks later to me,but most of the stuff with "C7" is still open

etc etc were all still avail a week or two ago...

what does work pretty well is your initals[space]C7

I have a vanity plate for my stingray. It is Z8M. The 8 represents double 'O's so it means ZOOM. I know its not for everyones taste but it is only 3 characters and is not immediately easy to decipher.

My restored 1975 C-3 name is Lipstic, I thought about Lipstk2 as I can only have 7 letters, but the 75 is Lipstic and people at the car shows know her as such, so the 2014 needs her own name I just have not come up with one as cool as Lipstic.
