I've finished a quick tutorial on the basics of destination entry using the new 2014 Corvette Stingray MyLink navigation system. It is available as a PDF download on my website here:

http://www.theredlion.us/Navigation%20system%20basics.pdf

Or from the Navigation page of the 2014 Corvette section from the main site:

www.theredlion.us

This tutorial will make up the first section of the complete tutorial coming soon but I wanted to make this quick reference guide available early. As more and more owners start getting in to their cars, I've been getting a few questions lately. I thought this might help.

Enjoy,
Paul

Great info Paul and Thank You!
I've already watched the video of you presentation twice. Elegant made me do that as a homework assignment!

Question: As you know, I'm doing the museum delivery, probably in a few weeks. For the long ride home to Florida in our new C7.... Will I have Sirius XM radio on a trial basis, as I did on my Caddy's? And... if all of my tunes are on a memory stick, can I just plug in the stick and download my tunes to a hard drive.... also like I do in my Caddy's?

Thanks,
Mark D.

mark - open up your settings/signature and put what car and level trim you have in a signature the we won't have to ask

you have sirius in every car - 3 mth for a 1lt and 1 year for all other trims

you have no hard drive in a vette no matter what the trim level...find the infortaiment and owner;s manul here - download them and read them before you pick up your car, your trip will be so much more fun...

Hey Glen...
Thanks for the 411.
All of my info IS in my Signature only sometimes I un-check the box that says "show your signature". I do this usually when I already had the full sig on that thread. This time I un-checked it by mistake.

I can't believe I can't store all of my music in my C7!:( I have read the manuals and there was no mention of storing songs, if I recall correctly. Now I know why!

Our solution for my wife's soon to be delivered convertible is a 32GB SD card which should hold somewhere between 4 & 8 thousand MP3s, depending on bit rate. We intend to leave the card in its slot more or less full time, and supplement it with USB Flash drives in one of the three USB ports
