Hey guys,

Looking to install a Corsa exhaust on my C7 but prices so far here in Canada are ridiculous!

Can anyone recommend a Chevy/Corvette dealer or a proper exhaust shop that knows what they're doing in either;

Buffalo, NY
Lewiston, NY
Niagara Falls, NY

Willing to jump the border to save several hundreds.

I had my pfadt headers/x-pipe and tune done at JandJ Speedshop in Elma NY(suburb of Buffalo). Jason does good work.

If you can, do it yourself... Jack the car up on jack stands and get under there. There should be no cutting, no welding; only bolts, clamps, and rubber hangers. Usually the product comes with directions. You will feel very accomplished if you do it yourself, and after you do it, you'll think, that wasn't so bad!

I wouldn't mind doing at home, but don't feel comfortable doing it only on jacks and in a random parking lot. Plus, I think I'd need to take the rear bumper off, my luck wind catches it as I'm under the car and it goes for a nice scratched up ride down the street. Thx though, too bad you're not still around NY with your garage.

I didn't know about J&J either , I do know Corvettes & Performance on transit road has worked on a couple C7's installing spoilers. I called to see if they could install my corsa and headers also. Seems they can but they don't do any tuning.

I might have to call J&J i would rather have all of it installed and tuned rather install then drive it somewhere to have it tuned.

There is also New Era Performance also in Rochester , these guys are pretty good and have already done headers / Cams / exhaust on a C7

Oh i forgot to mention , I don't think i have seen this stated on the forums yet but with the Corsa exhaust you have to cut the valves off your old exhaust and reuse them these are not the performance exhaust but the 2nd set of valves you have that are on all vettes , I spoke with Ben from weapon X and he showed me a few pics , also you can see the instructions now on Corsa's site finally.

I didn't pay attention to the install, I know the rear bumper came off and I pointed out that there were instructions. I'm sure it would have come up in conversation or I would notice if the valves were no longer there, right?

Stay far away from New Era. I went to them to in stall my headers only to have them take off my stock system and tell me they didn't think the headers were going to fit. But they could sell me a set of ARH's (which they sold) instead. They in turn, charged me almost $500 just to put my stock pipes back on. I've never been so livid in my life.

Yeah I seriously wanted to but at that point I just wanted my car back. Live, learn and let others know so they don't make the same mistake. Yes the 500 was just labor for doing nothing.

I purchased the Pfadts before my vette even arrived. Quite happy with them.
