Hey folks, CK had posted the link to this forum a while back on the Dart forum and I've been meaning to join. Hope this forum will pick up in the coming months when the C7 goes on sale.

I've always appreciated what the Corvette is capable off and am really liking the C7 to the point where I may finally give in and pick one up in a year or so. My biggest gripe in the past has always been with the interiors of the Vette. Hopefully the new interior will age well in the next 10yrs.

That said, I just love sports cars and unique looking/performing cars. I do have a preference for AWD speed over RWD speed just because I don't fancy myself as the best driver in the world . I have owned a few RWD sports/GT cars though.

I agree. I can't wait till my local dealer gets one in so I can go ogle it. LOL

I'd love to add one to the garage eventually. Doesn't even have to be crazy on the hp figure. I figure 500hp at the crank after mods will be sufficient.

Good news is - 500 HP isn't as hard to get to when you start at 450 HP!!!!!

Yep I know. Used to have an '06 Pontiac GTO with the LS2 which was modded upto about 450hp or so (@ the wheels) before I traded it in so I could get something a lil faster. That thing took very very well to mods however. I'm not sure though how adding FI will affect the modability of the LT1.
