Welcome aboard Tom...can you be more specific - are you trying to log in via the Tapatalk app, browser (which broswer Chrome, IE, etc) and have you tried other browsers?

What is your browsing environment? Are you at work, home, browser, mobile, desktop, ISP, etc.

Are you getting any error messages? If so, what are they EXACTLY so that we can get the issue diagnosed. A screen cap of the error would be awesome as well.
