"Your order has been assigned a TPW of 3/10. Unfortunately, we have been informed that the Plant has cancelled all tours, photo albums, etc. for the week of March 10, 2014, due to future product being present in the Plant. Neither our staff or the general public will have access for any reason during this time."

I received the the email on 2/21/14 and was told to look for my refund in 7 to 10 business days.

I had a 12 Mar museum/BGAP date and it was canceled for the same reason....got it moved up to 5 Mar.
