Recently I have been randomly getting a very loud clicking sound in the rear, driving and idling. It doesn't happen in the Track mode. Knowing that I left the car running in neutral and had my wife change the mode from Eco to Track and I nailed it down to the left NPP valve not opening and closing the same as the right. Sometimes it would have a loud chatter and close or open with a loud snap. It sounds like a gear jumping a cog.

Any thoughts on the cause or solution? It's getting too cold to plan a drive to the dealer.

Welcome to our forum Cavu. The flaps/valves have been known to stick and or fail. Since yours is under warranty, the dealer would be the best bet. Also, if you video the issue as described in your post, that should prove quite helpful to your service manager when you take it in.
