Does the OnStar system have the ability to disable a vehicle on request by its owner? If so, is there an 1-800 no. to contact that entity?

not by it's owner, just by the LEO's if the owner has filed a police report for a stolen vehicle.......and then they can slow the vehicle down, but not turn it off.....

but professional thieves know the first thing to knock out is the onstar antenna...or batt disconnect...
