Planning on ordering a C7 vert this week from either Kerbeck or MacMulkin. (I happen to live 1/2 way between the 2, only a 2 1/2 hour trip to either) None of the local dealers have allocations. I've heard good feedback about both. I have never ordered a car by calling or over the internet. Seems a little strange. Any suggestions or helpful hints, or just call and get the deal done?

Thank you very much.

Sent you a PM with lots of info, but one that will help you decided is that whereas Kerbeck charges $775 allocation fee on every new Corvette they sell, MacMulkin charges $0. Both have excellent allocation and can get you the exact car you want. Again, more details in my PM.

Internet/buying on the phone is now an accomplished/simple process.

FYI, I purchased a 2012 100th Anniversary edition convertible from Kerbeck about 18 months ago. It was an in stock vehicle. We handled all of the paperwork through FEDEX and I made my own arrangements to have the vehicle shipped to Texas.
The people at Kerbeck could not have been easier to do business with. They claim that they never meet 75% of their customers.
My only experience was excellent. For my new Stingray, I went to a local dealer and ordered one on 2/1.

I purchased from Kerbeck. Very happy with the service and feel that they have been very honest with me. Every thing that they told me has come true. I was ok with the extra charges as I can go and pick it up. For me to go to NH would have been more then the extra charges. So it was a matter of total cost for me based on location.

I second "elegant's" comments above. I live in Houston and decided to order from MacMulkin after joining this forum. I have not talked to Kerbeck, but I learned here also that they charge documentation fee. Other deciding factor for me was they had a dealer ready here for courtesy delivery. So, I called them up and it was very easy to order, they know the process very well. They received my deposit check and info on 2/26/14, they placed the order next day or two. I was status 3000 on past Friday the 7th . I ordered a coupe and they gave me a great deal. I saved a lot of money first by joining this forum and second buying from MacMulkin instead of my local dealer I visited here where they asked to pay MSRP +5000:mad:. Because of the great deal MacMulkin gave me plus placing my order so quick, I lucked out by not being effected by the latest GM increases of $2000, either. This is my current experience with MacMulkin and waiting my car to be born and arrive here soon. Good luck with your adventure. One more time, thank you very much to everybody contributing to this forum.
