So I was browsing on Ebay to see what they were offering for the C7 and came across this: 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray GM Accessories Carbon Flash Front License Plate Kit | eBay

$150 for the front areo plate?!?!?!? Are they insane? And to top it off, someone actually bought one. I may be wrong, but I thought they came with all new purchases and, I can't find them now, I thought they were being sold on some accessory sites for less than $20. Either way, $150 for a piece of plastic is just plain stupidity.

The Stingray is a magnet for overpriced and overpricing crap of all sorts, both OE and aftermarket. And there's a customer for it all.

Not only can Ebay be overpriced, there are scores of counterfeit items for sale there.
