I'm planning to meet gwm for lunch at about noon Sunday 6/22 at the Hotel Rio Vista. I may make a weekend of it assuming I find a dog sitter. At any rate, this is an open invite for anyone who is interested to take a nice mountain drive and meet at least two C7 owners in the process. Should be a good chance to get some good pix and to pretty much stop traffic if we get a few more.

Feel free to post your intentions and I'll keep a running list on this post.

Sounds like fun. My wife and I were going to do a trip over to that part of the state. We live in Bremerton and need to be home Sunday evening. Were you going it meet Sat and or Sunday?

Next weekend is the Miss Oregon Pageant corvette parade in seaside, OR on the coast FYI. Might be worth the drive down 5 Could make a day trip out of it.

Tell me more about this Miss Oregon Pagent you speak of... I'm going on a road trip down the Oregon coast all next week and might have to make time for this event..

All pageant contestants have already been assigned cars, but basically we meet at Newport bay restaurant off 26 and 185th the morning of the 28th at around 830, then depart for the coast at 9, where the parade consists of one contestant riding on (yes, on) a corvette.

So far, the deer have only run to the edge of the road to look at the new Stingray drive by. Of course they were Nevada deer and likely had more sense - lol.
