I am considering this option on my AW StingRay once I take possession of it at some point. What does everyone think? Does it look right?

It is a matter of choice and if you like it that is all that matters. What would the cost be? $500 + or less. The Carbon Flash defuser section kinda grows on you after a while. I was not too happy with the look on the lighter coloured cars but on the darker ones, it did not stand out too much. My buddy has a CGM and he is thinking of doing the same thing.

so far I've only seen one car that it looked good on, it was black....other than that, it's too much of the body color...others have painted just portions of the rear with better results - look around on google - you can find the pics..

The contrasting lower fascia, because it doesn't go all the way to the outside edges, gives the car a "slimmer look." Had a friend photoshop this for a Z06 -- whose rear is so very wide, and the following picture is what it would like. After looking at the shopped picture, definitely will not be doing this.

^ X2 As long as you a sure about this mod in your mind, don't worry too much about the opinion of others. After all it is your car, do what you like and then enjoy it!
