Be glad that they are not confusing it with a Fiat 500! ;)
Funny, I have a hedge fund friend with an accounting background who can afford almost any kind of car he wants. Unfortunately, he cannot stop thinking in terms of cost benefit analysis, and incremental benefit of incremental expenditure. He was considering a C7 as a weekend car, but instead wound up with a Fiat 500 Abarth as a commuter car.

No disrespect, but I don't respect people driving cars like a fiat. It looks dumb and teenagers tip them for fun.

To some a Fiat might not be relevant but I owned a 1978 Fiat X19 that I Custom 2 tone painted, had wire wheels, modified the engine to add more hp. It was a bertone Italian body and it was very good looking. I loved driving that car. Also when you compare the looks of the c7 to the La Ferrari it's almost completely identical. I believe if I took off the Corvette emblems and just added 1 La Ferrari emblem to the front and back 90% of people would have no clue. But since I have had Ferraris in the past, like a 308 like Magnums car I found except for the power it was like driving a VW and the interior sucked.. I also had a Viper and much prefer my C7 Z51. Aloha, Mark

I decided to have some fun with my new Vanity plate to see who actually new the difference in the Corvette vernacular. The Plate I ordered is
Z51 LS3. To anyone that knows Corvettes LS3 was a C6 the C7 is 3LT. I just wanted to mess with people that think they know Corvettes. Aloha, Mark

As a Ferrari nut (though I can't afford one anytime soon), I agree. The new Stingray looks like the love-child of a Ferrari California and Lamborghini Aventador (the geometric angles add to that).

Mark, the c7 is a LT1 and isn't the old Camaro the LS3. "3LT" is one of the trim of the C7.
