When I call my home phone to get my msg. I need to enter a numbered pass code. How do I
get the key pad to come up to enter the desired #s?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no keypad function available through the touch screen, if that is what you are wanting. The solution is in how you program your home number.

Try adding a second home number just for checking your messages by adding a pause after the phone number, followed by your password. This will cause the car to call your home and wait for the answer before dialing the numbers after the pause to retrieve your messages.
