I spoke with my salesman at Hendricks Chevy today. Told me that they still aren't accepting the order for my convertible yet, but he did inform me that they are starting production on the Coupes next Monday and expect to start building convertibles in 2 months.

Mine will be Crystal Red Z51 w/ Black top and 3LT Kalahari interior

I started with a night race blue convertible with kalahari interior but the longer they make me wait I start to think whatever I choose I can't go wrong because all these colors look awesome!

I spoke to my sales person at Hendrick Chevy in Cary yesterday as well. He told me they got a zero allocation for the first part of August and is hoping to get a decent allocation for the second part of August. Hopefully my order will go in this month. I am getting antsy!

Going to Carlisle in 2 weeks and if production hasn't started by then that will be the first question to the engineers that will be there. That will be my first look at the C7. My order is at 3000 as of last week according to the dealer.
