Shipping to Cali is expensive as I recall selling either I was selling my rear valance/lower bumper or Side skirts and the cost to ship because of the dimensions was expensive to ship from Michigan to Cali. Your price seems reasonable from what I can see but also check salvage yards but I still think used and shipping cost you will be close to new. Good Luck!

Thanks for the insight Kyle. I did get a PM from a recently joined member with no posts, however the deal isnt going to pan out. I would have felt more comfortable if an established member would've reached out instead of a vender that i cannot verify that insists on Zelle or Paypal. Vender has been relentless that i send the money now-now-now. Too many red flags here. May be a legit business, just way too insistant for me. One can never be too cautious now a days.

Ah man.....
Just my luck. Mine is in good shape but the area below the exhaust tips got scrapped up really good when i drove off some pavement into a dirt lot and didnt see the 18" drop. My front end slammed when the wheels dropped to the dirt. I stopped, but already committed i went forward till my back wheels dropped and the defuser scrapped hard. Front end is fine. I already bought a new splitter, just hoping i could save a few bucks on a used defuser. I have two nice folks reach out to offer theirs. Right not im trying to figure out if price and shipping costs are cost effective. Truth is nobody will ever see the scraps. But it bugs the hell out of me.

I have some homework to do regarding shipping costs.

Btw - i live in Chula Vista, just outside San Diego.

Hey Folks,
Before I close this thread. I wanted to say thank you to the members that reached out to me, some with offerings and some with insight - much appreciated. As Kgrant suggested early, shipping to California is expensive for a piece this size. I checked on in-state shipping and its expensive as well. Shipping made buying pre-owned defusers not cost effective.

I called the dealer where I bought my car and they will order the part (with discount) for $650 out the door. Thats with me satisfying the core charge. Who would have thought that I would be happy to buy a dealer part - not me!
