I got and completed one last week. It started by stating it was not a survey of your dealer experience but rather the quality of the car.

FYI- yes I also received an online survey this past week (02/07/2014) from GM regarding the quality and owner satisfaction of the Stingray and completed it. The previous survey was on dealer delivery experience. GM is doing their follow up well.
