So I did the change on a 2015, without cameras. But there are some things that are the same:
The Z06 grill is a direct replacement, and everything fits and attaches the same. If you have a Z51 with brake ducts, the ducting will attach the Z06 grill. If you don't have brake ducting (base Stingray), you can chose to buy the ducting and install it, or just ignore it. The openings in the Z06 grill can be left alone, with nothing attached behind them. That's what I did, and the only way you can tell is if you get down on the ground and look directly inside them.
The camera mounting on the Z06 grill is different than on the Stingray grill, and I don't believe you can just take the cameras off your old grill and attach them to the Z06 version. You might be able to improvise something, but they're not a direct replacement. Hopefully someone who has done the swap on a 2016 or later will chime in. I suspect the wiring and connectors are identical, however, so making the cameras work shouldn't be an issue.
Not sure about the video posted here, but there are a bunch of them on Youtube:

The process is MUCH easier with two people ,btw.
