This morning on a long drive, nav started going nuts as if it was re-routing continuously. Canceled navigation, and re-did and all went fine.

This afternoon on way home the bank of radio buttons would not work, (previous, next, home, media. the menu button worked to bring up menu, but would not recognize when pushed on a different song.) the touch screen worked. Shut radio off and back on, no change. Shut car off and opened door to shut car down, then back on, same thing, none of the buttons worked.

Oh well, off to the dealer this week.

may work tomm morning - GM global reset for car is both batt cables off, touch them together to drain the caps, reconnect - all you lose is your window indexing...

I have something that may help also. I was listening to XM when mine quit. I called XM and they said I needed a "refresh". They downloaded a fix then the world went back to normal. Interesting????
Don't know if it helps but sharing experience is good. Charlie aka cutnout

Ironic but it was cutnout. I don't know what un-refreshed it. But I have a suspicion it will happen again and to others. Charlie aka cutnout

On the steering wheel opposite of the volume control are Fav buttons. These are your stored or favorite radio stations. You can toggle up and down and will get a list on the center of the instrument cluster.
