Rear spoiler protector - who owns it?

When I bought my '01 vert new, I was also worried about issues developing from loading and unloading the trunk. So, I bought a similar product for my C5. It was a waste of money for me. The product did what it was designed to do, IF I used it. To be honest, the time it took to unroll the protector and roll it back up after use, was more time that just being careful during the loading and unloading process. When I sold my '01 this year to make room for the C7 vert, it did not have a scratch in that area. My '04 Z06 also does not have a scratch in that area. So, I am not buying a protector for my C7. I will just be careful loading and unloading the trunk. This might not work for everyone, but it has worked for me.
