Remote Start with Cool Seat set to "yes" starts car but Cool Seat light is not on

Hello, my problem if fully described in the subject. The Owner's Manual is zero help.

This is like when you turn the temp control to LO and the AC compressor goes on but the AC light does not. Except the seat cooler does not run...

Anyone have this problem? thank you.

I don't have my owner's manual in front of me, but I remember reading that, during remote starts, the ventilated seats and a/c may activate without the indicator lights turning on. I believe this is supposed to be normal.
