Thanks VettePilot for posting that letter. Notice its Early January date, and thus all letters should already be out/received by now. If others have bought that accessory, and haven't yet receive that letter, suggest you call that GM Customer Assistance Center number and inquire where is your letter and your mats. I just received the new redesigned C7 Stingray cargo mat from GM. It seems the original factory mat design didn't allow for access to the cargo shade rings. Since I have since sold my car and will be headed out of the country in a couple of weeks, I need to sell it ASAP. I am selling for $125.00 plus shipping. I'm in the Dallas area if you want to pick it up.
