I'm purchasing my C7 from one of the big out of state dealers, so I wont be able to take it back to them for maintenance and repairs.

So I'm trying to figure out which of my local dealers would have the best service department. Of the two closest to me: one seems to be pretty small. The other is more of a medium sized but must not sell many vettes as I tried to order through them and they didn't have any allocations (and also lied to me about having them, which is another reason why I don't want to use them.)

None of my local dealers are in the top selling Corvette list I've seen posted.

So this is a long way of asking if there are some on-line lists or rankings I could use to help me decide. Any other ideas?

the best way is to go ask the service manager how he feels about servicing your car and if he is Corvette trained.

Google the dealer name and read the comments on his quality...
