The picture on my reverse camera looks horrible as if it's through a blue filter. My aftermarket camera on my wrangler and the camera on my wife's c250 looks clear and colored normally. I don't think there is a setting to adjust so how do your pictures look?

Did you check to see if there was a piece of protective plastic on the camera itself?

Sinner, how about an update? Was it a protective plastic cover or a real problem?

It doesn't seem like there's anything on the lens. I'll try to post a pic of the screen because it's looks horrible compared to my wrangler and old benz.
I have the same problem forgot to post in my review especially at night.. Not nearly as good as my explorer!

That was my concern before I placed my name on the list. I was worried of quality issues given the high demand for this car, and how they are ramping-up production to keep up with the demand.
Some people are reporting "Orange Peel", and now this. What else are they going to overlook so they can push the cars off the production line?
That would be ashamed if they drop the ball on this one as American cars seem to be making a strong come back.

I'm not concerned about the camera because it will be corrected. As for the paint, mine is fine and looks just as good/bad as every other Chevy. I don't think it's horrible and it could be better but I'm happy.

I wonder if the camera chip is bad from temp or vibrations damage. Mine was built three weeks ago, and has fantastic color balance in the day, and very useable night vision, also with good color. There was never any sticker or camera lens tape on mine when picked up at the dealer.
Check a chevy service bay on this. Should be easy to get a replacement cam in warranty.

It could be an issue in the system. But before taking it in, clean the lens. There is a chance the detail guy at your dealership sprayed something on there or used a chamois with a finishing solution on it when he washed the vehicle.

not true 4 me.......mine is pretty good, at least as good as my Honda or BMW- take a alcohol wet nap packet and wipe it off and see if it's better....

Will do, the view in my wife's old Benz looked amazing compared to the Vette, it's bluish hue and not very crisp.
it certainly may be defective, my bitch is one view, my 24k accord gives you 3 diff aspect views...
