Thanks to Detroit News, "For the nearly 950 Chevrolet dealers across the country that have received initial shipments of the all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray, sales are as quick off the line as — well, a Corvette.

Car-shopping website Edmunds.com says Corvettes are being sold within an average of five days of when they hit dealer lots. That’s a very quick turn time."

When are they going to stop production of the 2014? Also, will the 2015 be a Stingray or referred to as a C7 Corvette?

C7 is the generation...it will be known as the C7 style for this body run (7 years?) ...15’s start mid year/fall...guessing august or so....

The "C" indicator has never been used as an official name and I would expect the Stingray title to remain for the entire version run, probably until 2020.
