After reading the infotainment handbook (whicvh did not explain this) and scouring for information on how to save navigation and contact to favorite buttons (like you would a radio station), I found this video of the My Link system on the 2014 Impala. RFong tried it on his C7 and can now find his way safely home with the touch of a button. Enjoy!

I like the favorites feature on the mylink. I have a 2014 Silverado without nav but I've saved FM, XM, media and phone contacts in the favorites and it's great not having to flip screens between radio, media and phone, you just touch the favorite.

Thanks Dusty! I just used my preset "Home" favorite button to get me out of an undesirable part of town and quickly and safely back on the freeway, headed Home.

I also preset a Favorite button to every family member's cell phones. Now I'm really hooked up.

I have a hard time scrolling through my favorites. There has got to be an easier way. When I try to scroll it I end up pushing the button for one of the other favorites instead of making it scroll. Any tips?

Try putting your finger between two presets and swipe up. This expands the selection to 15. I too had little luck scrolling but find the swipe up and down with the finger between two buttons to work 90% of the time without selecting a different preset.

Thank you. I'll give that a try next time I get to drive my car. This week isn't looking good for it. Lol.
