Many settings for this. You can turn off the option to move the mirrors when you reverse.. Also, make sure you permanently set the position 1 or 2 and exit setting. Once you select one of the positions, it should return to that position each time. Sometimes, mine will move drastically from the set position, and I just adjust and reset the postion 1 for that setting.
