As per Harlan Charles personal Facebook post.

" It's official. 2015 Z06 will have 650hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Enjoy"

Check the video thread for a video that has not been seen by many due to the person tagging it with "Covette". I had not seen it posted here or on any sites (that I'm aware of)so I added it up as well.
