I took delivery of my 2015 Stingray in late August with a temporary window stick on it. I have been waiting 7 months for the actual sticker. My dealer says that GM is behind in printing and GM will send me the sticker soon. Is this possible ??

GM prints 58,000 window stickers per week, I don't buy the "they are behind" answer. GM is not likely to ever send you a window sticker, the dealer needs to request a reprint which will be sent to them (it probably already was and they lost it). Or, call GM customer service and ask them how to get one.

I'm a little confused. When I went to Criswell to take a test drive, all the Stingrays on the lot has stickers in the window. Is this the "temp sticker" referred to? Is there supposed to be another sticker supplied? Thanks.

On model year changeover cars get built and shipped before all the final pricing is complete. Because of that many of this first batch ship with blank window stickers. Once the equipment and pricing is finalized replacement window stickers are automatically shipped to the dealers. The OP picked up his 2015 in August which means it was part of the first batch of cars hence the lack of a final window sticker. All the cars on Criswell's lot are recent builds.

I got one of the first batch of A8 Z06s. It also had a temp window sticker. The complete sticker arrived at the dealer about 2 weeks after the Museum delivery.

Hello Thread:

I just saw a Z06 arrive at my dealer and it to had a temp. window sticker. I am told that they are having issues with the priceing formula as displayed on the car stickers that are required by law. I believe it stated that a proper and complete sticker would be provided when available.
So, I guess you just pay what was agreed to when ordered and wait for the official sticker which I am also told is not necessarily the agreed upon price either. I find it a bit disappointing that this issue exhists so late into the production year. 2016s go on line in two months.

My Z came with a temporary sticker as well. Also first batch of A8 Zs. I know Kerbeck received the final sticker a week later (car produced on 1/27 with sticker received first week of Feb) because they told me so in an email. The car arrived April 7 with only the temporary sticker. I've emailed Kerbeck twice requesting the actual sticker. They have promised it, but I don't have it and given the level of service I've enjoyed from Kerbeck, am not expecting it any time soon. But I will keep asking them for it every Friday by email until I get it.

I have the complete breakdown on my original email from the dealer with pricing, and GM Customer Service Canada has the same information. Sounds like it should be easy to me, maybe they ran out of Canadian window stickers to print on? Can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone. I don't think I am being unreasonable about my request to GM Canada after spending $90K on a car.
