My c7 has the glass top which I love in cooler weather. Summer is around the corner so I called a local tint shop to see about getting a darker tint. They told it was not recommended on the polycarbonate due to out gassing that causes bubbles. Is this true? Are there alternatives?

yes it is true...no alternative in the tint arena...shades will be made soon.
