Thanks for posting John. Boy between Kerbeck at 865 and Hendrick (all Hendricks) at 852 that is a whole lot of Stingrays! It is also good for validating an individual dealer's statements about how many Stingrays they were getting.
Redc7, what was the total number of model year 2014 StingRays sold at the dealership where you have your Z06 order? That would be great to know!Interesting my dealer is not even on the list and had 1 Z06 allocation so that means they sold less than 28 Stingrays. Quark was the other dealer I talked with and they are on the list with 29 so they must have gotten at least 1 allocation.
Correction: Castle got a total of six Z06 for MY 2015. See post #15 here: http://www.stingrayforums.com/forum...locations-announced-thanks-mike-furman-2.htmlI don't see one of supporting vendors on the above list, Castle Chevrolet. Yet they apparently have at least four Z06 to sell in 2015 according to what I read in other threads yesterday (three available allocations, and one already taken by Andrew, I think).
I'm not sure and not sure my rep knows exactly but I will ask.Redc7, what was the total number of model year 2014 StingRays sold at the dealership where you have your Z06 order? That would be great to know!
Yes, I spoke with Zach yesterday and he said Castle got 6 allocations for Z06. I then spoke to Jeff and asked how many stingrays they sold and he was pretty sure it's 24 or 25. Supposedly, Castle is the #2 Chevy dealer in the Chicago area. Philips Chevrolet is #1.Correction: Castle got a total of six Z06 for MY 2015. You may need to check around but I don't think many dealers will honor any of the programs on Z51 Coupes. The only dealer I am 100% sure will accept the programs on the car you have ordered in Les Stanford. Dennis Tap was my salesman and he's been selling Corvettes for 20+ years, he's a bit old school regarding status updates but he was honest and up front with me and delivered on everything he promised. I'd post a link but I don't think they are a supporting vendor here but Google is your friend.I currently placed an order with StingRay Chevy ( waiting on allocation) but thinking about ordering through MacMulkin if they honor the Credit Union discount. The money I save I could then do Museum delivery living in Florida. Plus with their higher allocation compared to StingRay's maybe my order will be accepted quicker. Is there a salesman I should contact at MacMulkin? I did go to their website and filled out a questionaire and currently waiting for response. I have a refundable deposit at StingRay and my price was MSRP. So saving huge $ at MacMulkin would be awesome as I would love Museum delivery and be able to take the tour of the plant.
