The top just quit working. Gets almost completed but the tonneau stops and doesn't go down. Then I get the message that manual operation is required. It's been at the Chevy dealer for two days now. Today, got a call from dealer and he said that it is being very difficult and that he'll need to keep it over the weekend as they cannot find the problem. He said that they are going to have to take this apart.
I've indexed the windows, the battery is new as of 3 or 4 months ago. The whatever you call it in the trunk that holds the top with the two sensors has been reseated. Manually have lowered and raised the top.
Any one have any solutions that I could pass on to the service department to try out? If I can prevent them from having to take it apart, that would be better.
