Has anyone found a tow hook that fits our c7's yet? Love to add something to the front of mine that looks like the attached pics. Point me to the suppliers. Don't anyone know the bolt thread size?

Yes there is tow hooks around.... can't say much about looks though...
I'll pass unless on a track or pull onto a flat-deck and even then I dunno personally.

Weapon X might have them maybe he can chime in..............

Check Andy's Auto Sport - Automotive Accessories and Performance Parts, they have dozens of choices and colors BUT I don't think there is a receiver on either end of the car and it would have to be made at a Fab shop.

I have my car on the track a lot. If I happen to have an off track situation, I want someplace the tow vehicle can hook onto without damaging my car.

To what? There has to be a threaded frame rail piece. From what I was told and researched further on the Internet that does not exist.

The tow hook is appealing to me as well. I plan to have my car at the track a lot and trailering it to and from the track makes more sense for several reasons. The tow hook is especially nice with a winch on the trailer. I can just pull it up nice and slow, much easier and no worries about missing the, ramps, the deck or any other accident I never want to experience. The advantages to trailer ing it are as follows. First it keeps miles off the car. Second if the car gets damaged I am not stranded hundreds of miles from home. Third, I can bring more creature comforts with me.

From what I know, overseas versions of the Stingray are shipped with the tow hook. US bound Vettes are not shipped with the hooks. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yes European c7's have the tow hook on top of the battery. I believe we have the mold for the hook but no hook. I would love to get a factory hook or at last know where it goes. There is a small square in the rear bumper I suspect is where it should go in the rear, but the front is the one I really want to know the location of. I can't imagine the US version doesn't have the same threaded hole somewhere.
