Service bulletin # 13417 deals with Z-51 manual transmission cars which, under aggressive driving (GM's term) have been subject to a power reduction for the purpose of engine protection. This TSB solves the original problem, resulting in no power reduction under identical driving conditions. Only applies to specific VIN numbers, as delineated in below.
